Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviews receiving flow throughout the day to ensure proper resources are deployed to meet requirements.
  • Reviews and communicates job specifications to ensure product is being received according to instructions.
  • Communicates with corporate personnel regarding order status, compliance issues, and inventory status.
  • Assists with tracking performance measures and other data.
  • Ensures warehouse staff are at work stations on time as assigned.
  • Communicates status of department goals/standards and takes appropriate action.
  • Conducts random quality control audits of inbound shipments to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinates cycle counting activities.
  • Monitors dock activity and product flow.
  • Trains employees in methods and procedures.
  • Conduct safety training and enforces safety programs.
  • Ensures assigned areas of warehouse are clean and orderly and that inventory is in proper locations
  • Ensures team is trained and utilizes Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-2000) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
  • Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, developing group/department personnel.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problem issues ( that require escalation).
  • Operates within budgetary constraints, participates in the development of annual budget forecasts; participates in updating and reconciling operating and budget plans as required.
  • Directly contributes to development of tactical and annual operating plans, defining goals and objectives for the group.

 

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $24.50 and $30.00/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
