Epson is a global technology company at the forefront of technological revolutions in imaging, robotics, precision machinery and electronics, and is looking for a Warranty Programs Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for the administration of the extended service contract programs for Epson customers.

 

This position will be based out of Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with a hybrid schedule.  At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month. 
We understand that life happens.  We want to provide you with a hybrid policy that allows for you to work remote the majority of the time if you prefer.  We offer flexibility and work-life balance, plus an opportunity to interact in person a few times each month.


Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
 

Warranty Administration

  • Coordinate the service programs for system devices, consumer, corporate and educational markets.
  • Creates and distributes regular reporting:
  • Extended Service Contract monthly sales report
  • Insurance underwriters monthly invoice report
  • Extended Service Contract inventory report
  • No Credit Card Required report
  • National Accounts Program Report
  • Enters assigned end-user registration information for extended warranty customers.

 

What you will bring:

  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Service Programs or Warranty Programs experience for consumer electronics preferred

 

 

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $57,262 and $78,730. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
