Analyst, Digital Marketing

We are looking for an Analyst, Digital Marketing to play a key role in digital operations and project management, supporting the execution of digital content and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive e-commerce business objectives.

This role will work closely with local and Latin regional teams, ensuring the efficient management of digital requests, high-quality deliverables, and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Operations, Strategy & Project Management

  • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall e-commerce business goals.
  • Oversee the Quartz Project Center, managing local and regional creative service requests through agency partners.
  • Manage an average of 400 digital asset requests per month from local and regional teams.
  • Prioritize requests, monitor project timelines, and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Support local teams with digital marketing initiatives by providing guidance and valuable feedback on digital executions.
  • Serve as a key contributor to regional digital operations.

2. Analytics & Performance

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze digital content performance.
  • Prepare regular KPI reports and recommend optimization opportunities to improve campaign and content performance.

3. Brand Consistency

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital communications.
  • Verify compliance with brand guidelines in all digital assets and campaigns.

4. Innovation & Digital Trends

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Recommend and implement new digital strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

 

Requirements:

    • Experience in digital marketing operations and/or digital project management.
    • Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana.
    • Knowledge of digital analytics and performance measurement.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Advanced Portuguese and Spanish (required).
    • English is desirable.
    • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.

This position is open to candidates based in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador. Relocation is not required.
