Analyst, Digital Marketing
We are looking for an Analyst, Digital Marketing to play a key role in digital operations and project management, supporting the execution of digital content and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive e-commerce business objectives.
This role will work closely with local and Latin regional teams, ensuring the efficient management of digital requests, high-quality deliverables, and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Operations, Strategy & Project Management
- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall e-commerce business goals.
- Oversee the Quartz Project Center, managing local and regional creative service requests through agency partners.
- Manage an average of 400 digital asset requests per month from local and regional teams.
- Prioritize requests, monitor project timelines, and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with established SLAs.
- Support local teams with digital marketing initiatives by providing guidance and valuable feedback on digital executions.
- Serve as a key contributor to regional digital operations.
2. Analytics & Performance
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze digital content performance.
- Prepare regular KPI reports and recommend optimization opportunities to improve campaign and content performance.
3. Brand Consistency
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital communications.
- Verify compliance with brand guidelines in all digital assets and campaigns.
4. Innovation & Digital Trends
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.
- Recommend and implement new digital strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing operations and/or digital project management.
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana.
- Knowledge of digital analytics and performance measurement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Portuguese and Spanish (required).
- English is desirable.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
This position is open to candidates based in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador. Relocation is not required.
