External Job Description
Responsible for: Providing service and tech support for ASC - Authorized Service Center / Resellers and Distributors, and post sales for assigned product lines. Assist efficiently and effectively with fast response rates at the needs of the client-user, ASC, and the sales and marketing areas.
Collaborates with/Key Customers include:
- ASC’s Supervisor
- Sales Departments
- Marketing
- Customers
- Authorized Service Centers (ASC) / Resellers and Distributors
Reports to:
- Service & Support Supervisor
Minimum Experience Requirements
C - Requires Experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)
Education
C - Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2-year program).
Physical Requirements
A - Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, extensive ready, visual inspection of small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection).
