Leader, IT applications (SAP SD )

Position Purpose: Responsible for the SD module in SAP (Sales and Distribution), implementing global and local projects and improvements, as well as maintaining and supporting related IT applications such as Mastersaf-DFe, Hybris B2B, EDI, sustaining the business needs of Epson do Brasil.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional sales and distribution (SD) analyst in SAP ECC;
• Manage and ensure support, maintenance, and implementation of IT applications to meet business needs;
• Manage the portfolio of system demands with business areas;
• Functionally understand business needs, its structure, and activities to support the construction of requirements;
• Support the business area in better utilizing existing systems and/or suggesting new solutions;
• Configure the SAP SD module according to best practices;
• Build and validate functional and technical specifications;
• Validate and complement test plans;
• Ensure the quality of the technical solution involved in ongoing demands;
• Ensure the quality of demand documentation and compliance with internal policies and standards;
• Work with a multidisciplinary team on demands with Brazil and international scope;
• Ensure effective strategic alignment of solutions, ensuring complete adherence to established policies, standards, and processes;
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and integrity of system information;
• Perform documentation activities of the implemented Information System and the processes supported by it;
• Support the global team in global solutions and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related areas;
• Advanced English is essential;
• Solid experience and mastery of the SD module;
• Experience acting as a functional consultant, implementing and rolling out projects from start to finish;
• Experience in SAP SD (ECC) with performance in: Electronic Invoice (NFe/NFSe), Brazil Localization, understanding and application of notes and J1BTAX configurations;
• Solid Fiscal/Brazil Localization Knowledge;
• Knowledge and experience with the CS module will be a differential;
• Knowledge in additional modules in the context of integration (FI, MM, WM, EWM, others) will be a differential.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with project management, PMBOK, Scrum and/or Agile;
• Knowledge in additional modules (CS, MM, FI);
• Participation in SAP S/4HANA Implementation projects.
