Position open to subsidiaries in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador). Relocation is not required.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to the following Epson policies and procedures, the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Development
- Actively participate in meetings with end consumers, channels, and strategic partners to understand market challenges, needs, and changes.
- Provide key inputs for the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with local demands.
- Coordinate with Latin American subsidiaries to oversee launches and make strategic recommendations based on market conditions.
- Conduct and analyze market studies, identifying opportunities and leading the category vision in the region.
Product Management
- Ensure the achievement of revenue and gross margin objectives in assigned segments.
- Establish structured processes to guarantee complete and effective product launches.
- Collaborate with key areas such as MarComm, Documentation, Service/Support, Logistics, and Sales to efficiently manage the product lifecycle.
- Recommend positioning strategies and competitive pricing.
- Propose and execute promotional and advertising tactics, both in digital channels and at points of sale.
- Manage product end-of-life and transitions, minimizing inventory and ensuring appropriate replacement times.
- Act as an internal and external spokesperson for the category, supporting events, sales meetings, trade shows, and key presentations.
- Provide expert support to the sales team in meetings with clients.
- Develop detailed competitive analyses and issue recommendations based on benchmarks and market comparisons.
- Maintain relationships with industry associations, analysts, and other key ecosystem players.
Main Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in consumer product marketing, ideally in technology.
- Solid knowledge in video projectors, including experience in the educational and government markets, pricing, and roadmap development.
- Experience in traditional distribution channels, retail, physical, and e-commerce.
- Proven track record in launching new products in multiple countries or regions.
- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (B.A. or B.S.).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
