Role Mission
Strengthening organizational development across Latin America and North America by enhancing culture, leadership capabilities, employee experience, and learning solutions aligned with strategic business priorities.
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives.
- Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs.
- Develop and curate the e‑learning platform and training content.
- Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program.
- Manage on‑demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments
- Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
- Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans.
- Improve onboarding and learning paths.
Main Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development for multinational companies
- Proven experience in design and curation of learning materials.
- Regional experience across LATAM.
- Experience with video/image editing (desired)
- Experience working under different methodologies of project management
- Strong communication skills in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
