Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Under limited supervision

  • Perform outbound and inbound prospection, qualifying and preparing sales opportunities.
  • Engage in cold calling to targeted account lists generating new leads.
  • Qualify prospects and leads based on guidelines and criteria (Marketing Qualified Leads - MQLs).
  • Process inbound prospects and leads from all sources of Epson activities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing & sales teams building playbooks, calling guides and lead qualification criteria.
  • Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends and inform Epson management what may impact customers purchases.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs and services.
  • Manage prospects and leads timely maintaining accurate information, notes, activities, and status.
  • Submit weekly reports of activity and calls.

Principal Skills & Knowledge 

  • +2 years of experience working in qualifying leads in contact centers or call centers. 
  • Advanced Conversational English. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills. 
  • Motivated person, goal-oriented, and learning-oriented. 
  • Interested in the technology industry. 
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Excel and SalesForce is desirable.
