Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fulfill the annual sales target.
  • Motivate the team members maintaining a work environment of total collaboration.
  • Manage the annual sales plan and budgets in the subsidiary.
  • Define quota and incentive compensation for the customers. 
  • Define the marketing strategy in coordination with the managers.
  • Investigate and determine the current and latent needs of the markets where the company operates.
  • Design and arrange in coordination with the Marcom manager the launching of the advertising campaigns.
  • Participate in the lateral support campaigns like events, conferences, advertising, and technical bulletins.
  • Support the negotiation with strategic customers.
  • Serve as internal and external spokesperson for the business.
  • Collaborate with operations developing metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Guarantee overall revenue and profitability for the business.
  • Coordinate product marketing team in product launch and lifecycle management.

Relationship Management:

  1. Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, and developing group/department personnel.
  2. Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
  3. Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problematic conditions that require escalation.
  4. Builds strong relationships with peers and senior management to best meet company goals and objectives.
  5. Manages and leverages relationships with vendors for a specific product/service (best price/ product, etc.).
  6. Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations.

Department Management:

  1. Operates within budgetary constraints.
  2. Participates in the development of annual budget forecasts; updating and reconciling operating and budget plans as required.
  3. Develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures.
  4. Directly contributes to the development of tactical and annual operating plans by defining goals and objectives for the group.

Main Requirements 

  • Commercial experience leading teams for 12+ years, preferably with background in Managed Print Services (MPS) sales.

  • Sales experience managing technology B2B channels and distributors.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
