Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide specialized pre-post technical assistance and support for assigned product lines and assist sales and marketing departments
  • Collaborate with sales department to develop and generate demand for new business by executing diverse strategies that contribute to reaching quota
  • Support sales department with visits and presentations to end users
  • Perform pre-installation demonstrations of equipment when required
  • Support other countries in the region when required
  • Support the service and support department in pre and post sales if applicable
  • Participate in internal and external training of applicable products
  • Serve as technical lead in addressing channel and end-users’ technical issues, including those related to compatibility and integration
  • Design and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions based on established requirements
  • Respond to customers, distributors, wholesalers, or subsidiaries regarding medium to high level queries
  • Conduct installation courses, fault diagnosis, and first-level assistance
  • Report irregularities found in the operation of products that are not stated in technical notes or in respective manuals followed by the disassembly, calibration, and test of products
  • Conduct team demonstrations, installations, and review of equipment

Minimum Experience Requirements

C - Requires Experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)

Education

D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).

Travel

National Travel - Up to 50%
