This is why we invite you to join our team. We are looking for a (CMV) Channel Manager – SD with experience managing printing channels for POS (Point‑of‑Sale) printers.

Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Performance

Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

Coordinates the participation of different departments—including support, service, and resource management—to meet channel objectives and expectations.

Achieves assigned targets for professional sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts.

Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial goals, and critical milestones for a productive partner relationship.

Proactively and continuously evaluates, clarifies, and validates partner needs.

Sells through the channel to end users in coordination with the channel sales team.

Manages potential conflicts that may arise with other Epson sales channels by fostering excellent internal and external communication and ensuring strict compliance with channel participation rules.

Leads solution‑development efforts that best address end‑user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and channel personnel.

Ensures compliance with partner agreements.

Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Administration
-
Develops and delivers monthly reports to operations and sales.

Updates the account management system with contacts and activities.
-
Provides quarterly sales forecasts.

Operates within the approved budget.

Submits weekly activity and call reports.
Relationship Management
-
Builds strong collaborative relationships with peers, channels, and the leadership team to meet objectives across Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
Requirements
-
More than 5 years of experience working with channels in printing solutions for POS (Point‑of‑Sale) environments.

Previous experience managing channels in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in consultative sales and channel management.
