Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads strategic planning for product purchasing and inventory optimization.
- Owns full-cycle inventory planning and fiscal year-end projections.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration for forecast accuracy and supply alignment.
- Leads special projects and complex product launches.
- Negotiates purchases to ensure product availability and allocation.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet sales demand and fiscal targets.
- Analyze and revise sales forecasts to guide purchasing decisions.
- May be assigned to Place and manage purchase orders and coordinatse processes.
- Ensure timely purchasing and receiving of products, including deviation handling.
- Plan inventory needs for new product introductions and phase-outs.
- Process local government certificates and coordinate with external agencies.
- Monitor customer order accuracy, report errors, and share inventory status (in-hand and in-transit).
- Request and manage information on landed costs, gross/net pricing schedules.
- Support ad hoc initiatives, including product reception timelines and credit note processing.
Main Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in planning

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and SAP for report consultation (SAP IBP)

Intermediate English (conversational)

Analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively
