External Job Description

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate registration of collections and accounting movements, validating that payment records are applied to bills according to clients' instructions, and maintaining clean banking reconciliations. Additionally, responsible for controlling movements made to Customer account Advances, reconciling the reserve account with accounting, and keeping the Collections file updated to meet audit requirements.

Minimum Experience Requirements

B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)

Education

D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
