Long Description

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage and record general journal entries in the accounting system (“parking”).
Operate and administer the Concur system for travel expense management.
Monitor and enforce compliance with the company’s Travel & Expense Policy.
Control and administer Travel Advances and Vendor Advance accounts.
Serve as system administrator and primary point of contact with American Express.
Manage and reconcile provision accounts.
Oversee and record Fixed Assets depreciation.
Manage and control the amortization of prepaid expenses.
Support the integration, analysis, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Perform any additional accounting activities required by the department.
Participate in the preparation of workpapers for internal and external audits.

Principal Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting completed
2 to 3 years of experience working in a general accounting area
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Experience using travel expense management systems (preferably Concur)
Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, vlookup, subtotals, etc.)
Experience with BI tools (preferred)
Intermediate English
Strong service orientation
