Position Objective:

Responsible for ensuring the optimal flow of data from wholesalers, retailers, and authorized sellers within the loyalty and business intelligence (BI) programs, and for communicating this information to various commercial departments. This role guarantees the accuracy of agreements and scopes, ensures the proper functioning of microsites and data repositories, and manages all relationships with software vendors and users, as well as documentation related to incentive payments and the administration of promotional MDF funds.

In addition to Epson’s policies and procedures, the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Verifying accounting applications for customer accounts and credit status.
  • Supporting the execution of four loyalty programs that drive sales and demand.
  • Requesting enrollment for new distributors to participate in Epson’s loyalty programs, and informing sales executives of the SAP ID under which the distributor was registered.
  • Keeping distributor data up to date to avoid payment delays.
  • Safeguarding agreements between Epson and distributors, ensuring they are signed and include the appendix outlining quotas set by Marketing and approved by management.
  • Communicating quotas established by Marketing and approved by the Sales Business Director to sales executives on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the program, and generating the corresponding annex with updated quotas.
  • Reporting quota achievements at least once a week and generating the closing month report for each of Epson’s established programs.
  • Managing new registrations and maintaining system cleanliness and updates.
  • Requesting eligible invoices from distributors for payment and following up through to payment request submission.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing B2B loyalty programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related Data Science fields.
  • Conversational English.
  • Knowledge of Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (macros and pivot tables).
  • Power BI experience (preferred).
