Short Description
Epson Microdevices is a global technology leader that designs and manufactures frequency control products, semiconductors, and sensing systems. Epson products help customers create, transport, and utilize data in today's information-driven world. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Sr. Account Mgr., Micro Devices.
The Sr. Account Mgr., Micro Devices will handle Mexico – Latin territory. Daily duties will include management of independent manufacturer representatives, and key customers on behalf of Epson Microdevices – Components. Our Semiconductor products include Timing Devices, ICs, and Sensors.
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales management of key accounts, and development of new accounts in the territory assigned.
- Primary duties include the discovery of new focus part opportunities and the expansion of market share within these accounts.
- Will help identify customers’ needs and recommend applicable Epson solutions.
- Motivate and manage regional manufacturer’s representative, while actively engaging with customers and channel partners. (This includes monthly review calls, to discuss plans, sales goals, and market research.)
- Manage and track new revenue opportunities until reaching mass production.
- Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets, consistent with company short-term demand and long-term goals for revenue. Emphasis is on Epson’s Focus Products.
- Develops and provides management with exact monthly product forecasts.
- Ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed promptly and corporate policies are followed.
- Develops and provides periodic reports as defined by management.
- Develop Senior Management relationships at key accounts and with our EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partners.
Requisitos

5+ años de experiencia en un role similar en la industria de Microdevices: administrando y brindando soporte a los EMS y OEM así como de las cuentas emergentes.

Persona orientada a resultados, formador de equipos, fuertes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones de negocios a todo nivel.

Licenciatura concluída o experiencia equivalente.

Experiencia en la industria de microdevices.

Inglés y Español avanzado.
Skills and Experience

At least 5 years in a similar role with management experience in the microdevices industry managing and supporting: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services; Also known as a CM or Contract Manufacturer), OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer and, Emerging accounts – up and coming for Epson.

Results driven, team builder with strong communications skills and relationship management skills.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) or equivalent work experience

Experience in microdevices products industry.

Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
