Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Prepare periodic financial reports for subsidiaries in Latin America, North America, and SCC within the required deadlines.
• Coordinate the accumulation and recording of financial data in accounting books.
• Prepare daily reports as assigned or required within established deadlines.
• Prepare analysis and reconciliations of assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s financial and accounting standards across the Latin America and North America regions.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate presentation of financial information from subsidiaries.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts, communicate and resolve discrepancies with finance personnel in Latin America and North America.
• Participate in the maintenance and improvement of processes for Latin American and North American subsidiaries.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for Latin America and North America.
• Support subsidiaries in coordinating internal and external audit functions in Latin America and North America.

Principal Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting completed.
• Over 5 years of experience working in Accounting.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting, accounts payable, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Conversational English required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
