The purpose of the Sr. Trade Marketing Specialist role is to drive demand and sell‑out across key retail and distributor chains through Trade Marketing strategies that enhance visibility, activation, and conversion, strengthening Epson’s presence at the point of sale.

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build strong relationships with retail and distributors store teams and KAMs, understanding needs and opportunities.
- Lead in‑store activations and campaigns to increase visibility, exposure, and conversion.
- Create incentive programs and commercial dynamics for sales associates and consumers.
- Manage promoter agencies ensuring flawless execution on the sales floor.
- Develop communication and display materials to drive sell‑out.
- Administer the trade promotion budget and evaluate ROI by store and by campaign.
- Coordinate events, product launches, and activations in key retail and distributors chains.
Main Requirements
- + 5 years of proven experience managing Retail Trade Marketing strategies.
- Ability to work extensively on‑site and maintain close, day‑to‑day collaboration with Retail stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to measure conversion, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience managing trade budgets and promotional activities.
