Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm
Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

We are hiring Repair Technicians to perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs or refurbishments on a variety of Epson printers, scanners, projectors, and associated computer peripheral products in support of our growing Repair Depot!

Principle Accountabilities
- Performs repairs on Epson printer, scanner, and projector units under limited supervision from management.
- Follows work instructions on computer.
- Inspects a unit's inner and outer housing to determine repairable or non-repairable damage.
- Reads and follows written technical service procedures to determine unit performance.
- Inspects and accurately determines test prints or images.
- Performs firmware upgrades.
- Performs final testing to confirm repair results.
- Accesses and uses diagnostic programs.
- Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems.
Requirements
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
- Previous electronic repair experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to carry or lift load of 50 pounds.
