Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise logistics operations, including order preparation and coordination with logistics operators (3PL).
• Manage logistics operations for the wholesale, retail, and B2B channels.
• Ensure compliance with delivery systems and delivery windows.
• Ensure the receipt and processing of goods using systems such as SAP and the logistics operator’s systems.
• Coordinate lead times and order preparation with customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate international deliveries and manage the Freight Forwarder.
• Participate in audits and performance review meetings.
• Prepare reports related to distribution, costs, and quality.
• Control billing from logistics providers (Billing vs. Returns).
• Other duties and/or cross‑functional collaboration
• Handle customer service matters (arising from complex cases) and transportation‑related claims.
• Coordinate the exchange of goods to be shipped. Develop and correct operational procedures.
• Coordinate counter billing, customer registration, etc.
• Coordinate tasks related to Events.
• Coordinate occasional overseas shipments.

Key Requirements and Knowledge

• Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in logistics and/or operations.
• Experience managing 3PL logistics operators (supervising daily operations, participating in audits, reviewing performance, and incident analysis)
• Knowledge of multichannel logistics coordination.
• Intermediate English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and SAP (preferred).

Travel
