Long Description

Responsible for the development, management, and execution of channel marketing strategies along with fully integrated commercial marketing efforts in support of channel partners. Creates marketing plans and, integrates Epson corporate marketing campaigns through the channel and creates account or channel specific campaigns. Considered to be the liaison and point person for all commercial channel partner marketing needs.

Collaborates with/Key Customers include: Commercial Sales Team, Distributor Partners, VAR and other reseller partners, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales Operations, Regional Business Managers, Channel Manager VARs and Local Product Managers.

Commercial Channel Marketing

  • Works with Latin America Sales subsidiaries to define short and long-term channel sales strategies 
    • Partners with lcal teams to gather channel programs, consolidate and build a regional program for assigned commercial products
    • Practively leads channel regional sales campaign 
  • Designs, Implements and leads regional channel incentive and rewards program
  • Collaborates with Latin America subsidiaries to gather, consolidates and builds a knowledge database of competitive bid results and programs including:
    • Lcal bids, pricing, product portfolio, software and service information 
    • Cmpetitors’ activities: price incentives, promotions and/or campaigns
  • Communicates Epson’s strategic and tactical channel initiatives to Latin America Subsidiaries.
  • Produces a monthly channel marketing report to track results vs. assigned goals and provides market feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Conducts frequent marketing ROI analysis and drives usage of training and sales enablement tools with assigned teams.
  • Partners with Marcomm team to ensure proper channel-focused and brand appropriate sales collateral is available to promote channel program benefits, incentives and sales campaigns.
  • Measures and communicates effectiveness of channel marketing programs and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint 
  • Ability to quickly learn to use syndicated media research & systems
  • Marketing related bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) required: MBA preferred
  • Spanish language required, Portuguese desired
