Inside Sales Representative

You will be responsible for managing and relationship-building in a defined account base for an assigned territory. Responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts while utilizing outbound efforts to develop pipelines within new accounts and collaborating with the Manager in the development of a sales plan. This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Cold call within assigned account base to drive Epson brand messaging
- Establish a strong Epson presence within an account base with various technology decision-makers
- Interact with all appropriate internal and external customers to insure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies with the customer
- Meet/Exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing available resources
- Identify and understands the customer’s needs and provides solutions using Epson products, programs, and services
- Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends to inform Epson management on developments and trends that may impact customers’ purchases
- Identiy sales training needs of the accounts; prepares and delivers training as needed
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to the manager as appropriate
- Provide Sales Manager with monthly 90-day sales forecasts
- Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures, utilizing and logging activities into SF.com as appropriate
- Operate within budgetary constraints
- Submit weekly activity/call reports, and maintains customer database
What You Will Bring:
- 2-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a Call Center environment; familiarity with selling technology products a plus
- Account management experience
- Salesforce and Bid Desk Best Practices adherence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team environment to accomplish sales goals
- Flexibility of traveling to tradeshows as needed
- Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
