Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Informatica Project Leader to join our Business Intelligence team.

This position is remote. (If preferred you can work a hybrid schedule out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA)

Responsibilities:

Manage the MDM projects with team members who work across an enterprise wide organizational structure.
Work directly with leaders to structure projects, define business objectives and develop analytical approaches to solve complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Lead installation and configuration for all solutions within the Informatica ecosystem – MDM IICS, DQ
Lead the design and development of the Customer Master Data architecture leveraging best practices across data management and data governance
Responsible for design and configuration efforts to support integration of Informatica MDM, DQ and PowerCenter across a wide range of use cases
Exhibit strong knowledge of the Informatica Ecosystem and have the ability to create high quality proof of concepts
Promote and educate business owners, IT managers and system/dataset owners on Informatica capabilities

Basic Qualifications

12+ years of Experience Informatica Master Data Management
Hands-on MDM experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Administration, Security, Data Quality and Data Governance
Minimum 2 full life cycle MDM project from functional design to deployment including installation, architecting, designing and implementing an MDM program.
3+ years of experience in data integration using PowerCenter/IICS
MDM User Exits, IDD user exits and validation framework configuration
Proficiency in IDQ development around data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handling
Deep understanding of MDM and upstream and downstream integration
Experience in ActiveVOS workflow management
Experience with diagnosing and resolving the performance, security, and/or technical challenges related to the Informatica tools listed above
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL programming skills in Oracle 12c/11g/10g
Experience in customizing IDD / Java.
Experience with Linux OS and scripting
Experience in production support to resolve critical issues and mingle with teams to ensure successful resolution of the reported incident
Worked with Sif API to interact with real time applications

Preferred Qualifications

Good understanding of business KPIs for Customer Intelligence
Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce Business Processes and tables
Experience with other Customer MDM solutions.
Experience with solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with Power BI or any other dashboarding tools

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $146,981 and $190,210. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
