Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing and Engagement

The Sr. Specialist, Brand Marketing and Engagement will support social, advertising, and brand marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on partnerships and promotional programs that drive awareness and engagement for Epson America, including efforts with the LPGA. In this role, the specialist will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring marketing assets are successfully developed and leveraged across all marketing platforms.
The position will serve as a day to day point of contact for LPGA personnel and professional golfers, assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of events to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to integrated marketing strategies that support business goals, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to help promote Epson products through defined channels, assist and track marketing budgets, and report on ROI and KPIs to guide ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented with an interest in partnerships. This role offers meaningful, hands on experience across key areas of brand marketing, including event coordination, partner communications, content support, and performance reporting. The candidate should be proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the execution of marketing programs that elevate Epson’s brand presence and engagement.
You will be based out our Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA, with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across advertising, social media, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Assist in tailoring marketing strategies and plans to support brand and business objectives.
- Help manage regional partnership and sponsorship programs, ensuring assets are fully leveraged and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Serve as a day to day liaison with external partners—including the LPGA—supporting communications, approvals, benefit tracking, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate and support partnership activations across live events, community programs, customer experiences, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with planning and executing events and experiential programs, ensuring alignment with partner and organizational goals.
- Provide onsite logistical support at events as needed, serving as a representative for Epson.
- Support the development and organization of partnership related content such as social assets, digital materials, and campaign collateral.
- Work closely with marketing and social teams to ensure timely content delivery, posting, and asset management.
- Maintain and track marketing assets, collateral, and sales tools for internal and external use.
- Assist with budget management, including tracking spend, processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and maintaining documentation.
- Support performance reporting by helping track KPIs and metrics across marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Ensure timely, clear communication with internal teams and external partners to support smooth execution of all programs.
Minimum Skills and Experience Requirements
- Requires 5 yrs. years of experience ; experience managing events and marketing communications programs a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability analyzing results and writing concise reports recapping programs.
- Ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to implement marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of sponsorships or marketing partnerships preferred but not required
Education
- Completion of an undergraduate program in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field. (B.A. or B.S.)
Travel
- Up to 30% travel required including weekends to on-site events as needed.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $93,854 and $117,318. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
