Epson is looking for a recent college graduate to join our Marketing & Communication team! The Undergraduate Rotation Program is an opportunity to be exposed to multiple areas within Epson America’s Marcomm Department, as well as develop a wide range of skills and experience in preparation for opportunities within the company before completion of the one-year program.

This position is based out of Epson America’s Headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
What areas will I work in?
The marketing specialist will gain experience in several key areas of marketing including B2B Advertising, Marketing Operations, and B2B Demand Generation. There will be opportunity to gain exposure in other areas such as Creative Services and Video Production.
B2B Advertising, Social, Brand
- Learn the fundamentals of marketing in this rotation with opportunities to explore the following areas:
- Advertising - learn how campaigns are developed and then deployed and managed
- Social Media – learn how paid social campaign are built and managed as well as how organic social plays a role in brand
- Public Relations and Community Management – learn how brands utilize these tools to build awareness
- Brand Management and Sponsorship Support – learn about the importance of brand and how Epson’s sponsorship of LPGA functions
Marketing Operations
- Marketing operations is the backbone of the marketing team – learn how we drive process and ensure ROI
- Budget Management & Planning – learn how MarComm budgets are planned strategically, spent responsibly, and how we remain accountable to KPIs.
- Go-to-Market (Creative & Campaign) Operations – learn how marketing spend is executed efficiently, effectively, and tracked properly
- Martech Tools & Data – learn how marketing technology tools are maintained and being utilized to their fullest for ROI.
- Performance Measurement – learn how MarComm is monitoring impact of spend and held accountable for performance improvement.
B2B Demand Generation
- Leads delivered to our sales team is our top priority on the commercial side. Learn how we do this and measure performance
- Lead Management – learn how we collect leads, qualify those leads, and work with sales to close sales
- Sales Enablement – learn the tools used to gather leads including tradeshows and content creation
- Direct Response – learn how we directly engage with our potential leads via email and webinars
About your experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized with minimal oversight from senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to completing tasks and achieving goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships, coursework, or project experience in marketing will be considered.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $68,958 and $86,198. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
