In this role you´ll lead strategic HR Business Partner support for Latin America North Countries (mainly Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela and Centro America). This position will provide best HR service such as recruitment, talent management, development, compensation, employee experience and performance to drive organizational success of the region, working together with HR corporate cxpertise areas.

Long Description
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guarantee HR deliverables connected with Business needs.
- Manage the recruitment process to guarantee quality and deadlines.
- Develop the recruitment channel and align the company’s needs with the suppliers.
- Account for top executives, regional and sr. managers recruitment.
- Implement best practices as: Training Needs Detection, Annual Training Plan, On the Job Training, etc.
- Develop training culture creating a learning encouraging organization.
- Manage Performance evaluation process.
- Manage merit program and support calibration and merit committees.
- Structure and deploy Coaching and Mentoring programs.
- Analyze strategically and apply continuous improvements tools.
- Manage Communication Program, Compensation and Benefits, aligned with corporative guidelines.
- Analyze salary movements and organizational structure.
- Manage the sales incentive plan strategy and guarantee LASIP proper application.
- Manage HR KPIs, HR Budget and local Headcount.
- Develop and maintain Social Responsibility Programs.
- Respond internal and external audits
Relationship Management:
- Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, and developing group/department personnel.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problematic conditions that require escalation.
- Builds strong relationships with peers and senior management to best meet company goals and objectives.
- Manages and leverages relationships with vendors for a specific product/service (best price/ product, etc.).
- Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations.
Department Management:

- Operates within budgetary constraints.
- Participates in the development of annual budget forecasts; updating and reconciling operating and budget plans as required.
- Develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures.
- Directly contributes to the development of tactical and annual operating plans by defining goals and objectives for the group.
Main requirements
- Completion of a master’s degree, professional degree or accreditation or equivalent experience
- +12 years of work experience in strategic human resources management
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing training programs, managing compensations and benefits aligning with corporate standards, and leading organizational development initiatives.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of HR metrics, budgeting, headcount planning, analysis of salary structures and incentive plans.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
