We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Latin North America Team as a Sr. Human Resources Manager. In this role you´ll lead strategic HR Business Partner support for Latin America North Countries (mainly Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela and Centro America). This position will provide best HR service such as recruitment, talent management, development, compensation, employee experience and performance to drive organizational success of the region, working together with HR corporate cxpertise areas.
