We are currently looking for an Receiving Coordinator to join our team on 1st Shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Receiving Coordinator, you will: 

  • Prepare and process receiving spreadsheets and documentation
  • Organize and maintain department filing system
  • Assist in the research and resolution of receiving material and documentation discrepancies
  • Schedule over the road, less than load, and air deliveries
  • Work with customs and drayage companies with research of detention charges
  • Communicate with receiving team on receiving issues that may arise
  • Maintain and distribute required reports
  • Review purchase orders and open receipts to ensure shipments are correctly received in
  • Review and help maintain incoming shipments for correct units of measure including resending of ASNs
  • Work with planners to ensure all incoming items are in-transit and available for receipt
  • Track shipments with special requirements including FDA holds and department flips
  • Communicate container status with planners, drayage, and container companies
  • Communicate with receiving team on hot requests including tracking and help locating product
  • Maintain stock quantity of office supplies including dock labels and placards
  • Perform miscellaneous system reports, creation of purchase orders, and stock transfers as directed

 

What You Will Bring:

Your background and experience should include: 

  • 2+ years of experience in receiving, logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain support
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems 
  • Strong documentation and data entry accuracy, especially with spreadsheets and receiving records
  • Ability to interpret purchase orders, ASNs, bills of lading, packing slips, and customs documents
  • Experience working with carriers, drayage companies, customs holds, and shipment tracking
  • Basic understanding of shipping modes (OTR, LTL, air freight)
  • Ability to prioritize urgent inbound requests, troubleshoot discrepancies, and communicate status updates clearly

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $23.00 and $28.00/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
