Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Epson Stars Program Management

Consolidate and expand distributor participation in the program.

Promote the value proposition and ensure comprehensive program awareness across the ecosystem.

Monitor KPIs such as sell-out units, engagement, coverage, and frequency.
Partner Acquisition and Development
-
Design strategies to attract new distributors in strategic segments.
-
Implement tailored growth initiatives (incentives, co-marketing, training).
Commercial Execution and Marketing
-
Coordinate sales programs, marketing initiatives, and MDF fund management.
-
Launch monthly promotional campaigns and communicate Stars program benefits.
-
Manage trade marketing activities with specialists.
Analysis and Monitoring
-
Track sales, inventory, and replenishment in real time.
-
Analyze competition, pricing maps, and in-house market share.

Generate executive reporting and monitor KPIs (attach rate, engagement, coverage).
Stakeholder Relations
-
Coordinate sell-out initiatives with product managers.

Conduct client meetings to identify business opportunities.
-
Participate in strategic projects for the Education sector.
Main Requirements
-
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the consumer technology sector.
-
Proven experience with loyalty programs for technology distributors.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience managing sell-out and sell-through with technology wholesalers.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
