Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Epson Stars Program Management

  • Consolidate and expand distributor participation in the program.

  • Promote the value proposition and ensure comprehensive program awareness across the ecosystem.

  • Monitor KPIs such as sell-out units, engagement, coverage, and frequency.

Partner Acquisition and Development

  • Design strategies to attract new distributors in strategic segments.

  • Implement tailored growth initiatives (incentives, co-marketing, training).

Commercial Execution and Marketing

  • Coordinate sales programs, marketing initiatives, and MDF fund management.

  • Launch monthly promotional campaigns and communicate Stars program benefits.

  • Manage trade marketing activities with specialists.

Analysis and Monitoring

  • Track sales, inventory, and replenishment in real time.

  • Analyze competition, pricing maps, and in-house market share.

  • Generate executive reporting and monitor KPIs (attach rate, engagement, coverage).

Stakeholder Relations

  • Coordinate sell-out initiatives with product managers.

  • Conduct client meetings to identify business opportunities.

  • Participate in strategic projects for the Education sector.

 

Main Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the consumer technology sector.

  • Proven experience with loyalty programs for technology distributors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience managing sell-out and sell-through with technology wholesalers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
