Long Description
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage general maintenance, including building, furniture, air conditioning, fire extinguishers, vehicle fleet, among others.
- Create purchase orders and process payments for the Facilities area.
- Ensure compliance with the corrective and preventive maintenance schedule for the office.
- Administer supplies and materials: purchase and receive cafeteria items, cleaning products, office supplies, printer materials, water dispensers, etc.
- Manage general building services such as potable water, ornamental plants, elevators, access systems, alarm systems, and electronic waste.
- Coordinate and oversee drills, emergency brigades, medical emergencies, and alarm systems.
- Manage the Facilities budget and consolidate the annual travel agency sales report.
- Lead special projects and specific purchases based on demand.
- Monitor compliance and continuous improvement of the 5S methodology and related incidents.
Principal Requirements
- Technical or Bachelor´s degree in Occupational Health Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Costa Rican regulations for building administration and maintenance.
- Previous experience managing maintenance, cleaning, security, and other general service providers.
- Knowledge of occupational safety.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
