Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the product roadmap for projectors.
- Collaborate with the Group Product Manager and the Consumer Director to determine actions to be implemented across all channels.
- Meet the assigned sales quota and achieve profitability, market share, and company strategy objectives for products in the channel.
- Safeguard Epson’s brand image in the market.
- Keep all products in the line updated regarding purchasing and inventory.
- Manage product positioning and pricing.
- Prepare accurate forecasts for each period.
- Generate business opportunities and marketing actions to promote the products.
- Analyze available market and customer data to identify opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
- Monitor objectives, identify significant deviations and their causes, and implement corrective actions while keeping the Consumer Division informed.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide guidance to define the best economic‑technical offer for each case.
- Generate business opportunities and marketing actions to promote the products.
Main Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Product management experience in technology solutions such as interactive displays or projectors for the education or government sector.
- Experience: 3+ years in Go‑to‑Market product strategies, pricing, product roadmap management, and forecasting.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
