Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support for warranty extensions, on‑site services, technical training, and special events for service centers.
  • Review and process monthly payments for each Authorized Service Center (CSA).
  • Conduct on‑site or virtual audits with CSAs.
  • Manage and control consignment inventory for CSAs.
  • Manage and develop access credentials for new Authorized Service Centers.
  • Follow up on service claims and assistance requests.
  • Provide relevant information to support decision‑making.
  • Measure CSA performance and ratings.
  • Administer warranty orders.
  • Control consignment warehouses and product allocations.
  • Create service intelligence tools, including database or spreadsheet design.
  • Ensure that Authorized Service Centers comply with Epson procedures and standards.

Principal Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing service centers and/or vendors in technology companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic Power BI (desirable).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Agile and effective communication, strong problem‑solving and results orientation, active listening, and adaptability to work with diverse teams and vendors.
