Sr. HR Business Partner

The HRBP provides HR consultation and support for Epson's Chile subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have experience and uses knowledge of various human resources functions; including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical human resources support to managers and staff. Strong in a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to support the areas of recruiting, selection, compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, metrics & reporting, performance management, and HR process improvement
- Provide direction, counsel/coaching, and business analytics that enables leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and always demonstrate a commitment to exceptional employee support
- Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned
- Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies on a hybrid work model mode.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - has a track record of delivering on commitment
Principal Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner preferable in a multinational Company with offices across Latin America
- Legal/Compliance knowledge of Chilean Labour Laws.
- Ability to influence, coach, and consult with all levels of the organization in a positive and effective manner
- Adaptability, with the ability to successfully operate in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change
- Advanced English level
